Once you open the app, sign in and complete the quick onboarding flow. You’ll be able to choose from suggested habits or create your own right away. As soon as onboarding is finished, your dashboard is ready to use.
Habits are the core of the app. Positive habits reward you with points when completed, while negative habits deduct points when logged. This creates a clear incentive structure that reinforces better choices.
Each day, your scheduled habits appear on the dashboard. Tap a habit to log it, and your points update instantly.
Points reflect your overall progress. Completing good habits increases your balance, while logging bad habits reduces it. Points can later be redeemed for rewards you define yourself.
Streaks track how many days in a row you complete a habit. Missing a day resets the current streak, but your best streak is always saved.
Rewards give your points real meaning. You decide what rewards exist and how many points they cost. Once you have enough points, you can redeem a reward and treat yourself.
Routines group multiple actions into a single flow, like a morning or evening routine. Steps can be linked to habits so completing a routine automatically logs progress.
The Budget feature helps you track spending, set limits, and stay aware of your financial habits alongside your personal ones.
Family accounts allow parents to manage habits and rewards for children. Each child has their own progress while parents keep full oversight.
Can I delete a habit? Yes. Edit the habit and choose delete. Past data remains intact.
Is my data backed up? Yes. Everything syncs automatically across devices.
