Habative “Win $250” Giveaway: Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
The “Win $250” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is organized by Habative (“Habative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins when the giveaway page is live and ends on the date and time stated on the giveaway page (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
To enter, you must:
Be a legal resident of Canada
Be 13–30 years old at the time of entry
Have a public social media account
Comply with these Terms & Conditions
Employees, contractors, or anyone directly involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, participants must:
Sign up for Habative
Post a public photo or video showing their progress or experience using Habative
Tag @habative and include the hashtag #BuildYourSystem
There is no purchase required to enter.
Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry is a unique post.
5. Entry Requirements
Entries must:
Be original content created by the participant
Not contain offensive, hateful, illegal, or misleading material
Not infringe on the rights of any third party
Habative reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.
6. Prizes
Prize details (amount, number of winners) are listed on the giveaway page.
Prizes:
Are awarded in CAD
Are non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for other items or cash unless explicitly stated
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by Habative based on creativity, authenticity, and alignment with the giveaway requirements.
Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
Selected winners will be contacted via social media direct message or other provided contact method.
If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time, Habative reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
9. Skill-Testing Question (Canada)
To comply with Canadian law, selected winners may be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before receiving a prize.
10. Use of Entries
By entering, participants grant Habative a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, repost, and display submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where reasonably possible.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and contacting winners. Habative will not sell or misuse participant information.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Habative from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize.
13. Modification or Termination
Habative reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time, including, but not limited to; circumstances such as lack of submissions or unfair activity.
